GUN OF A SON
Suns are more powerful than guns.
A son of a gun is an old-fashioned expression.
A sun gun would probably fire flares.
Who dares wins, but who cares who wins?
A fish ‘wins’ when it finds its fins in water—
A fish with a daughter until a fisherman caught her.
‘Fisherman’s Friends’ are no friends of mine,
Disgusting lozenges tasting worse than brine,
Give one to a bratty kid to make them whine.
Would Marvin Gaye have heard something else,
Had Tarzan been on the grapevine?
